Measure and Assess
To intelligently offer a meaningful document management solution, ASI performs an accurate and detailed assessment of the current document lifecycle and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). ASI will utilize electronic data collection and one-to-one customer interaction during this phase.
ASI maps the physical location of all output devices to understand the layout and relationships between users and devices. Our experienced staff will survey personnel and current business processes to identify any special requirements and end-user needs. Finally, we validate our findings to confirm accuracy.
The result of the assessment is a detailed report of the current document environment and becomes the basis of the Design phase.
Design and Finalize
ASI takes the raw data acquired during the Measure phase and creates an efficient managed print environment that matches the company objectives.
The resulting recommendations go far beyond mapping proposed and existing physical equipment. Design suggestions may include enhancing document workflow, document security, TCO strategy, output load-leveling, business process automation and “GREEN” initiatives such as recycling for environmental sustainability.
Once the Design phase is complete, ASI initiates the Optimize phase.
Optimize and Implement
The ASI account team works seamlessly to develop an implementation approach based on the Design phase recommendations. Deliverables include repositioning existing hardware to maximize device efficiency and reduce support costs; installation of new hardware; establish onsite consumable inventory levels; conduct user training and initiate device monitoring.
In some cases, opportunities may exist to right-size the fleet with faster, more appropriate hardware.
Manage and Monitor
ASI can manage your entire fleet remotely, or create a strategy for onsite account management. Either way, proper plan management results in realized savings and efficiencies.
As the plan matures, often the need to make adjustments is necessary. ASI works to anticipate evolving needs and adjusts accordingly. In addition, consumable inventory is monitored and replenished resulting in no lost time and more efficient purchasing.
And, should any questions or problems arise, the ASI Help Desk and award-winning Support is a phone call away. We closely monitor and chart the performance of each ASI service technician. Quarterly Review Reporting
The Quarterly Review is a powerful, extremely insightful and revealing tool for fleet management.
Timely adjustments can now be made based on facts and statistics by reviewing fleet usage, performance metrics and relevant costs in a user friendly format.
Completion of the resulting action items insure original objectives are met and future goals are on the right track.
